Beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa, a quick walk to the ocean! Quiet and roomy!

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Bike or walk to Folly Field Beach Park on the bike trail located in front of the villas. Perfectly set up for a family of 7, this condo has room for everyone. Boogie boards, skim board, umbrella, beach chairs, and beach cart are all provided for your enjoyment. Remember to pack your beach towel!

This condo is constantly updated. The owners care deeply about comfort, beautiful spaces and cleanliness. The bedrooms have all been updated recently with new flooring, some new beds and desks provided in each room to make remote work easy!
The bathrooms have been updated with new floors and tile work. This is a beautiful, comfortable, well cared for property!
There is an abundance of cookware and small appliances to make cooking easy and fun such as a rice cooker, blender, toaster, crockpot and numerous pots and pans.
The courtyard has plenty of room to park your bikes and the table has been moved to the front courtyard to make a nice outdoor dining option. The back courtyard has a propane grill and small seating area.
For a stress free vacation, have your bikes delivered ahead of time to the courtyard. Most rental companies provide free delivery and pick up. There are also baby companies that will deliver cribs and high chairs. Instacart will deliver your groceries from many different stores in the area.
Many guest return to this property year after year because it is so comfortable and a beautiful space to be in to make your vacation memories!

The perfect getaway!

Easily The Best Condo on Hilton Head

Everything in this condo is brand new and up-finished. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very cozy, perfect for families. Best thing: they have baby gates for the stairs!!!

Very pleasurable visit

The townhouse was just great for our three-month stay. We loved the easy walk to Folly Field Beach and comfortable furnishings, especially the beautiful wooden table tops. Belinda was a very responsive owner/manager.

Great Stay

We had a great experience in this property. Everything was close to us and we walked to the beach every day. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby to go to. The property was very clean and the hosts goes the extra mile with the towels and amenities when you get there. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic accommodations

Nicely updated and clean. Very spacious and comfortable for a family with children. Location is perfect. Close to beach and walking/riding paths. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay at this location again. Belinda was super quick to respond to any questions we had.

Amazing Rental for a Family Vacation

Perfect family spot!

Great location- short walking distance to the beach. Clean, updated, very well maintained, and everything we needed to enjoy the beach with kids in tow. My husband, our 2 kids, and my in laws fit very comfortably in the space. Belinda was incredibly responsive to any inquiry. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay!

We had a great stay at Belinda's home. The property is exactly as described and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Communication was excellent and prompt. There is plenty of room for a family of seven to stretch out. The location is perfect, away from the crowds and even the locals prefer Folly Field Beach over all of the others on the island. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Best Beach Stay

The property is great and comfortable for families. The beach chairs, wagon, chairs and umbrella were put to great use. Belinda is responsive and prompt with communication. Folly Field Beach is a great location and a lot less crowded than others on the island. ❤️❤️❤️

Really great condo with an excellent location!

We had a great experience staying here! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and lived up to the pictures and all of the excellent reviews! The location was perfect as well. It was just a short walk away from an amazing beach and there were plenty of nice bike paths all around the area so we definitely recommend renting bikes which can be delivered and picked up from the condo for free. The hosts were very responsive and so nice to interact with when we had questions. We really appreciated that they provide a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to take to the beach as well. Our family had a great time and highly recommended staying here. We would definitely stay here again no question!

Hidden Gem

My family of 4 stayed here for a weekend away and this villa was perfect for us! It was so close to the beach as well as grocery stores, restaurants and a park for the kids to play. Although it was in a cluster of villas, it felt private and secluded. It was very clean and well organized with little extras in case you forgot something. Belinda was very responsive to questions and helped accommodate us when an issue arose. The rooms and beds were extremely comfortable too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway!

Great location

As advertised! Just a couple of things were missing as far as toilet paper and laundry detergent. So close to the beach and the weather was good. One day was rainy but warm. This did not hinder us from going to the beach. Wonderful trip overall!
