Beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa, a quick walk to the ocean! Quiet and roomy!

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Bike or walk to Folly Field Beach Park on the bike trail located in front of the villas. Perfectly set up for a family of 7, this condo has room for everyone. Boogie boards, skim board, umbrella, beach chairs, and beach cart are all provided for your enjoyment. Remember to pack your beach towel!

This condo is constantly updated. The owners care deeply about comfort, beautiful spaces and cleanliness. The bedrooms have all been updated recently with new flooring, some new beds and desks provided in each room to make remote work easy!
The bathrooms have been updated with new floors and tile work. This is a beautiful, comfortable, well cared for property!
There is an abundance of cookware and small appliances to make cooking easy and fun such as a rice cooker, blender, toaster, crockpot and numerous pots and pans.
The courtyard has plenty of room to park your bikes and the table has been moved to the front courtyard to make a nice outdoor dining option. The back courtyard has a propane grill and small seating area.
For a stress free vacation, have your bikes delivered ahead of time to the courtyard. Most rental companies provide free delivery and pick up. There are also baby companies that will deliver cribs and high chairs. Instacart will deliver your groceries from many different stores in the area.
Many guest return to this property year after year because it is so comfortable and a beautiful space to be in to make your vacation memories!

Very pleasurable visit

The townhouse was just great for our three-month stay. We loved the easy walk to Folly Field Beach and comfortable furnishings, especially the beautiful wooden table tops. Belinda was a very responsive owner/manager.

Amazing Rental for a Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this rental. It's updated and in a great location that is only 5 min walk to Folly Field Beach. Beds were comfortable. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Belinda was very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect Girls' Trip!

Belinda's property was just perfect for our girls' week away! The accommodations were immaculate and had everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations and we were very sad to leave. It was extremely cozy and we felt at home. It had all the kitchen appliances, pots, and pans, plates, etc..for the nights we felt like cooking. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to tow what we needed for the beach which was only about a 5-minute walk. The location was ideal. Belinda was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here. If we are ever visiting Hilton Head again I would definitely stay here!

Thanskgiving 2022

My family of 4 stayed at this wonderful property while visiting family on HHI during Thanksgiving. Condo is the PERFECT size for family of our size (3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths). Unit was exceptionally clean and clearly recently renovated. As a long-time renter AND rental property owner, we noticed numerous, thoughtful touches (e.g. tray for dirty shoes under stairs, well organized outdoor shed for beach toys, humidity sensing switches for fans in bathrooms, space-saving barn-style doors, etc., etc.) that the VAST majority of rental property owners would not even consider when maintaining/upgrading their assets. Belinda was hyper-responsive and very accommodating with a couple of specific request that we had. Highly, highly recommended. We will be back next year for sure. Thanks again Belinda.

Great location - Needs Some Work

When we arrived a parking pass was supposed to be on the hallway table. It was not there. We immediately contacted the host via text and made them aware. A prompt response received and we were told a pass would be sent over the next day (Sunday). No one showed up Sunday, so we continued to park without a pass despite there being multiple signs in the community saying a pass was needed. To our surprise someone came into the unit at some point on Thursday (5 days into our 7 day trip and left the pass on the table). When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had not done a thorough job in the main living spaces. In addition, when we went to put away groceries it appeared that no one had cleaned out the fridge in a long time and their was food remnants stuck all over the inside shelves and drawers. We spent a half hour deep cleaning the fridge so we could put away our food. The unit has several bi-fold doors and all of them are barely functional. The same goes for the back slider. All need either maintenanced or replaced. The other item is that in the description it mentions a washer and dryer (this is a big factor for us as we would not pick a place that did not have them). When we got our welcome e-mail the note from the owner said to use them at your own risk as the washer is hard on things. Again, if you are going to list something as an amenity the expectation is that it works. Our family vacations in Hilton Head nearly every year and we always stay in the Folly Field area. This unit is in a great location, with great proximity to the beach, even when transporting a wagon of stuff for the kids. With some basic maintenance, cleaning and arrival procedure enhancements this would be a great unit.

Very Nice Stay Folly Field Beach

Place is just as advertised, close to Folly Field Beach with modern decor. Check-in was super easy. It was perfect for 4 adults & 2 kids. Assigned parking guest parking were very convenient. Owner was always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

From MN to Beach Time!

It was wonderful to walk into such a CLEAN and refreshing property after a day of travel! The decor is lovely and soothing. It was very convenient to get to the beach; easy walk and the beach wagon, chairs and boogie boards were all well utilized by us. We did rent a car, which we were glad to have, to get to different restaurants, Walmart, etc. But I imagine if one planned grocery delivery and Ubers you could get by without one. We also used the pool plenty to keep our 4yr old grandson busy when we weren't at the beach. The only negative, which really wasn't an issue for us, was that the Primary bathroom was a bit tight, but it was so clean so that more than made up for it. We didn't get to sit outside on the patio, only because of the heat and summer bugs, definitely would have in cooler weather. Thank you so much for sharing your home, we had a wonderful time, and we would stay again for sure!

A beautifully decorated, updated, and well thought out condo. Very clean and cozy. Attention to detail in every room, with comfort and functionality. We had a girls getaway ( with my adult daughter, and friend) and were so happy to have found this gem. 6 min walk to Folly Field Beach, with beach chairs, Shibumi, and beach wagon available. Enjoyed coffee out in courtyard. Highly recommend!! Would definitely stay here again. Owner helpful and very responsive to questions.

Family Beach Trip

Very nice place with everything we needed for our family. Super clean, well thought out items that a guest would need. Wagon, sun shade, boogie boards, sand toys, very convenient for us since we were flying in. Love the courtyard area that is at the entrance. It keeps most of the sandy things outside, and a safe area to leave things out to dry. A short walk to beach and a nice pool area.Would highly recommend!

Easily The Best Condo on Hilton Head

Everything in this condo is brand new and up-finished. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very cozy, perfect for families. Best thing: they have baby gates for the stairs!!!

Perfect!

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal on the beach! Our adult kids joined us from Massachusetts and California. We were 5 adults total and this home was perfect. Everything was as pictured. So much thought and care went into this home, from the lighting to the provisions. It was super clean and quiet. Beds and seating were comfortable. The back patio is spacious and quiet. It’s a very easy walk to the beach. Our host was prompt with all communication and a pleasure to rent from. We highly recommend this wonderful place and hope to return again ourselves.

Really great condo with an excellent location!

We had a great experience staying here! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and lived up to the pictures and all of the excellent reviews! The location was perfect as well. It was just a short walk away from an amazing beach and there were plenty of nice bike paths all around the area so we definitely recommend renting bikes which can be delivered and picked up from the condo for free. The hosts were very responsive and so nice to interact with when we had questions. We really appreciated that they provide a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to take to the beach as well. Our family had a great time and highly recommended staying here. We would definitely stay here again no question!
