This house was very comfortable and had plenty of rooms for people to stay. The walk to the beach was very short and everyone enjoyed staying together. It also had plenty of blankets, pillows, and other utilities that a family would need for a nice and relaxing vacation.

Fantastic all around beach house

I’ll keep this short and sweet. The backyard oasis is fabulous. The layout is perfect. 60 second walk to beach. Couple blocks to Coligny. I pick a different house every year and this one blew us away with its awesomeness. Don’t worry about it just choose this one. Oh and the other thing that made it so much better is that the main living area is on the main level.

Multi-Family Vacation

This property is amazing! Everything from past negative reviews has been fixed; it was very clean, the beds comfy and all decor is beachy and not outdated at all. The outside space really is an oasis and made this house the reason we chose it, and it did not disappoint! The ping pong table was a sweet surprise as it is not in any pictures. The very short walk to the beach was an awesome as well. The only complaint is that the fire pit is not available so guests should be informed of this. We bought fixings for smores and couldn’t use them. The listing needs to be updated and maybe remove the picture of the fire pit. It’s listed in one place that guests cannot use it, but in another place it’s listed as an amenity. Besides that little thing, this beach house exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place for our families to come together!

Your location was perfect for the beach, shopping, eating; layout was perfect, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, teens loved the pool table; your recommendations were excellent; very thorough instructions/expectations; plenty of parking; had an issue the first day we arrived with a sliding glass door lock and they were so prompt in taking care of the situation; would highly recommend this place that gave a story and memories for our family vacation 2025!

Family Vacay

My first time in Hilton head. We had a short vacation for me,, my sister, my three children, and their families there was plenty of room and the home was well furnished. There was lots to do. The beach was beautifu! Anice walk to restaurants and stores. The pool and backyard were lovely. Everyone was happy with the accommodations.

This was a perfect fit for our family of 10. The pool area was a favorite of the kids, and the adults loved biking and walking. The beach was lovely! Everything about this stay was wonderful!

Great summer vacation for a big group!

Our friends and family had an awesome time here. The outdoor space was beautiful and the indoor living space and great spots for playing games, cooking dinner, reading, and hanging out — we could all be together while enjoying different activities. Highly recommend!

This property is very spacious, 2 minute walk to the beach, comfortable beds, near great restaurants, pool table, hot tub, pool, upgraded master bath is wonderful, along with design of the interior of the home. I would highly recommend!

Fabulous outdoor space and plenty of variety inside too. Our family gathering of 13 were comfortable and the walk to the beach was short and easy, and Coligny Plaza offers plenty to do when not relaxing in the yard or on the beach
