Nice unit, well appointed & pleasantly decorated! Clearly the condo owner cares & wants guests to have a good experience. Facilities were great! Access, parking, 2 pools, separate tennis & pickleball courts, very nice!
I feel badly for the owner in that they are relying on LSI Property Management, a disappointment. We had 2 issues: a toilet didn't flush right & a ceiling fan had 2 blades that were falling off, making it unusable. Kudos to the person we 1st spoke with who was responsive & caring. She got right on it & told us maintenance would be out at 8AM the next day. So we got up at 7AM (when we REALLY wanted to sleep in the morning after a 12.5 hour travel day) to be ready for maintenance, who didn't show up until 930 & then didn't fix the fan! We spoke with Chris, the Property Manager, & suggested that a refund might be in order, based on the fact that the fan wasn't fixed &, for most of the 1st day, 3 of us were sharing 1 commode (we paid for a 2BR/2Bath). She argued that it wasn't the loss of a WHOLE bathroom since we could still use the shower. I felt that her comments were insensitive to travel-weary guests & demonstrated poor customer service skills. In the end, we did receive a moderate refund, but the communication directly with the property manager left us disappointed.
So...Hilton Head is beautiful!!
