Chic and cozy .…C314, well-stocked private balcony — Snowbirds message 4 deals

We would love for you to come and stay in our condo where you can relax and enjoy yourself!

Once you unlock the door you will see that we have opened up the hallway/bedroom wall to give you an open inviting feeling. The queen mattress has been upgraded to give you a restful night sleep. There is plenty of closet space for you in case you pack like I do and bring too many sandals, clothes and accessories. We do have a flat screen TV with remote in the bedroom.

In the bathroom we have tub/shower combination with quartz walls. The bathroom also has a vanity area with a stool, great lighting for putting on your make-up. There is a hair dryer for your use.

We have new cabinets & stainless steel appliances featuring quartz countertops & dishwasher in the kitchen/living room. This room features a queen size sleeper sofa, dining table & chairs, flat screen TV.

There is a private balcony with a pub table with two stools and an extra two chairs. We provide beach (2) chairs for your convenience, you just need to bring the beach towels! You can also rent beach chairs and umbrella during the season from Shore services. The resort has two swimming pools, the large pool also has a kiddie pool as well. Jamaican Joe’z is the pool bar that is located right next to the large pool. There is a second pool on property located by the Admirals Row building. Both pools are open to all guests. Right beyond the pool is the best beach on the island!
During the summer season, there is live entertainment at Jamaican Joe’z bar on weekends and plenty of activities available for children all week long. Some fees may apply.

On arrival day you are notified when the condo is clean and ready for check in. Once you are in there will be a gift basket (snacks vary) waiting for you.


LAUNDRY INFO——-For you convenience there is CleanPay mobile app that you can downloadto yourphone or for your convenience we provide the CleanPay laundry card so you would just need to add money to that card. The laundry machines are on the first and second floor.

The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The only complaint was that the elevator broke the first day of our trip and was not fixed the entire week we were there and as an older couple (in our 70s) we booked this room because of the fact it was advertised as near the elevator. Definitely was hard to climb three flights daily with our beach gear. Other than that hiccup the stay was wonderful and made great memories. Thank you!

We had such a great time. The property was beautiful, and the room was so nice and clean. We had fun at the beach, and the pool. Definitely bring your bikes, plenty of places to ride.

Birthday weekend trip

Condo is great-only able to see small piece of ocean from balcony,but very quite/peaceful location.Condo decorated/furnished just like pictures.We had questions about tv/remote -Dee came by to help-as she was at the resort and was always quick to respond to my texts during the whole reservation process. Would stay here again.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. It is a very attractive unit. It had everything we needed. Dee was very helpful in answering all of my questions before our arrival and always responded promptly. It was a lovely week.

Adorable, super clean, convenient and updated!!

Stayed with my mom for a quick girls weekend getaway. Location of the unit was super convenient to the beach, pool and restaurants. Amenities in the unit were above average. Kitchen area was well stocked with anything we needed. Extra bonus were the special touches that Dee added to make the unit feel like home. Extremely clean and although The building itself is older, the unit feels very modern and up-to-date. Will definitely look to return for a future trip! Did I mention how clean the unit was?!!

We Give the total stay a 3/5

The property was okay. This condo is located at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort... What we didn't like - the complex was maybe a 2 star complex, which we didnt really know reading about the condo until we got there. We noticed the room rate was inexpensive compared to other condos we had previously stayed at, but did not think much about it. The design of the condo is odd--the bed is directly inside the front door, an adjacent to the main wall (outside where everyone walks). We could hear loud people at all hours, midnight and early in the morning. We did not get much sleep because of that. However, this is the layout of ALL the condos in the complex, not just this one! The condo itself we would give a 4/5. It is VERY SMALL--which we knew upon booking. It is an okay size for a couple, but no more than two people. This is a kid-resort for sure. If you do have small kids--this would be pretty perfect. They have lots of kid activities all week long! But again, the condos are very tight and I don't recommend staying with more than one small child. The Pros of the condo-- We liked the general location of the condo in the complex..Building C-you are fairly close to the beach & pool & Coconutz (sports bar). We loved the Coconutz Sports Bar--we read mixed reviews before we went, but we had good food the many times we went. We will not return to the condo or complex--mostly because the rooms (all of them) are very small and we usually come with a group (with the exception of this year). This condo just didn't fit our needs.

We love staying at this resort. Dee was a great host. She texted us early to let us know the unit was ready early..life saver when you have kids. 200ft walk to pool and beach. We got a Snack bowl! awesome little snack bar for kids and adults. I will 100% stay here again

Excellent Stay

The beach was very close by just 5 minutes walking distance. The gym was nice and close by 3 minutes walking distance. The people were very friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is more restaurants in the resort and a small convenience store. Every thing was GREAT!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great! Easy access to the beach. A great pool and kiddie pool if youre traveling with small children. Super cute restaurant. The condo its self was clean and updated. It was well stocked with anything you may need to cook/eat. Plenty of clean fluffy towels.

Great weekend away!

We had a great mini-vacay experience in Hilton Head. The condo was exactly like the pictures, just a few steps from the pool, bar/restaurant, and the beach! The facility and condo both were very clean, and although it was really busy when we went, it was actually really quiet. We will be back!

Great Vacation

Loved the renovations. Updated everywhere. Had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable. If you are a bicycle rider, bike trail right out the entrance. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves.
