    304 Forest Beach Villas is a spacious, remodeled third-floor villa located right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean! The open floor plan of this property is sure to delight.



    The living area features a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, flat screen TV, table and chair set, and access to a private balcony. The completely remodeled kitchen features tile flooring, plenty of cabinet space, a tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils needed to prepare all your meals.



    The master suite is spacious and comfortable with a TV, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom. The remodeled bathroom features tile flooring, a large vanity, and a tub/shower combination.



    Conveniently located in Forest Beach, these villas are right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of Coligny Circle. Forest Beach Villas is a small, private complex providing a quiet and relaxing vacation to its guests. The complex has landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, and two updated on-site tennis courts that now allow for pickleball as well. There is also underground parking as well as parking in front of the building.

Low maintenance vacation

This condo has everything you’d need. It’s very much a home and not a hotel. You have all major appliances which includes washer and dryer. There is the convenience of beach supplies readily available. Beautiful location. Only weird note - the door was unlocked when first entering. Overall, great place to stay.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you. We enjoyed the location, the amenities were very nice and had all the comforts of home. You definitely have thought of everything. We did have a hard time with the door lock not always working as it should. We would type the door code in and the error message would flash only have typing in a few numbers. It got very frustrating after a while because it happened every time. Maybe the batteries are getting low. We have the same style in our home so we definitely know how to use the door lock/handle but after re doing them several times each time to get the door open it because ridiculous. But everything else was great.

The condo was very cute, and in a wonderful location. We also loved the fact that they had a washer and dryer in the unit, as it always comes in handy for beach vacations. We would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you!

This place was amazing! Everything was brand new and it is centrally located to you can walk <5min to beach, bar, or food. Some of the things the photos don’t show: bed is super comfortable, shower pressure is awesome, TV in bedroom is clutch. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Why stay at hotel when you can stay here?

This was my first time renting from vrbo and it couldn’t have gone any better. Easy experience and great place. Definitely going to continue to use site and would definitely stay here again. The place was great with plenty of space for just the two of us. It’s so close to everything with the beach and Coligny Plaza within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing couple days. Thank you!
