Are you having a tough time figuring out the right condo to pick in Sea Pines? Look no more. My wife and I scoured the island to find the best location and this is it! Beach front is too expensive and Harbour Town is too noisy. Lighthouse Tennis Villas is right in the middle of Sea Pines with a 2 minute walk to Truffles, Giuseppi's, Gas Station, Market Cafe/Coffee, Bike Rental Shop and shopping and then a ~5-10 minute walk/bike to Harbour town and a ~15-20 minute walk/bike to the Sea Pines Beach Club! ***July 2021 - New Queen Sleeper Sofa, New Recliner, New Coffee Table, New Master Toilet*** NEW 65" Samsung LED UHD 4K smart TV mounted on the wall as of December 2021. As of March 2022 new twin beds and one has a pull out twin trundle (sleeps 3 in 2nd bedroom). As of January 2023, brand new master bath tile, cabinets, countertops & shiplap wall; LED can lighting throughout; scrapped popcorn ceilings and new crown molding; new additional kitchen cabinet for food; new LVT in bedrooms; rain cover on above deck for porch; new washer/dryer and dishwasher; new PlantationShutters; new Stearns & Foster mattress. As of January 2025, brand new 2nd bath walk in tile/glass shower! Also, a Keurig and regular coffee maker and an Alexa are in the unit!! Multiple Tennis courts on site and a nice pool. Bike storage too. This is on the 2nd floor overlooking a nice lagoon with a fountain with views of the pool. Very open and bright with a ton of windows. We originally refurbished the unit to include granite countertops, all new stainless appliances, flooring, new huge master bath shower, flatscreen HDTV's and we opened the kitchen to the den with a nice bar counter with stools (note most Lighthouse Tennis Villas have the washer/dryer in the kitchen... we relocated the washer/dryer to a closet in the hallway and opened up the kitchen). We have 3 kids from 1-7 that love the unit which has no stairs inside the actual unit. Bike to the beach and Harbour town, minutes away. My local property manager can help with discounts to several golf courses on the island. Also the 4 onsite tennis courts are a part of Smith Stearns Tennis Academy. You will love this condo and will have an awesome time!

**There will not be any available parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club itself in 2019. Daily parking for shuttle service that will take you to the Beach Club from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. will be available as follows:

Saturday, March 23 – Saturday, April 13 – Lot 2 at the Main Trolley Lot
Sunday, April 14 – Sunday, April 21 – Lot 6 across from Lawton Stables
Monday, April 22 – Saturday, May 11 – Lot 2 at the Main Trolley Lot
Sunday, May 12 – Monday, September 2 – Lot 8 near Fraser Circle

Restaurant parking after 5:00 pm will be on a first come-first served basis. The Beach Shuttle will operate from March 23, 2019, through September 2, 2019 (Labor Day) from 9 AM- 5 PM, seven days a week.**

Perfect location in Sea Pines!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Pines in this condo! The amount of space was perfect for up to 4 people and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach shuttle!

Sea Pines Vacation - Lighthouse Tennis (Jul 2025)

Really enjoyed this vacation property. Good size for our family of four. Location was right in the heart of sea pines. Pool was nice and heated. Balcony facing pond was awesome. Bedrooms nice and comfortable. Unit stayed consistently cool even with the outdoor temps consistently in the 90s all week. Highlight for the kids was the resident alligator in the pond that they named “Gary”. Only minor issues: neighbors above and below you as this is a second floor unit and the handle on the dryer kept popping off when doing laundry.

Great location

Perfect location - walk to Sea Pines Center and quick bike ride to Harbor Town. Tennis courts on site, very clean pool. The management company was easily the best I have ever interacted with over many years.

Great rental at Sea Pines

We had a great experience at this rental property. It was clean and very organized. It had all the amenities that you need to enjoy a stay. Communication throughout the process with the rental management company with great. I recommend this property to anyone that's looking to visit with their family. Great location. Great family vacation

We traveled for the first time with our 2 year old and 5 year old and this was the perfect place for your first family vacation. The kids loved the view of the fountain and it was super convenient to go to the pool every day. The layout of the condo was perfect for us and the master bathroom was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great Trip

The condo was exactly as described and in a perfect location. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because of the weather, but it was an easy walk from the condo. Highly recommend bringing bikes, or renting from the rental place close by. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for a week away for an anniversary trip for my husband & I. I am very particular when booking a trip and I spend a LOT of time reading reviews to make sure the property meets my expectations. This condo was very clean & decorated in a modern/beachy style. All needed items were available in the unit. Notable extras were beach towels and ample toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and washing machine pods and garbage bags to last us the whole week. The 2nd floor location overlooking the pond and fountain was great & we enjoyed time on the deck relaxing. Tennis courts and pool access are literally just steps away. I had messaged the owner seeking recommendations for bike rental and restaurant for anniversary dinner and both turned out great. I would absolutely stay at this condo again and would highly recommend.

Problems with check in (erroneously charged 1600.00 dollars that was later reversed). Problems with TV, Dishwasher, AC and guest bathroom toilet created enough havoc to dampen the vacation. Beyond that the unit was small and clean. Some instructions on the technology would have been helpful. Neighbors were noisy.

Great location, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Convenient bike rental and loads of paths. This unit is located on the 2nd floor and the deck view was great for watching the alligator and turtles! Unfortunately for anyone who is a light sleeper, the floor above the bedrooms is very squeaky when the occupants are moving around. Also note that although the listing states pantry items( which I took to mean food pantry items), the only pantry items are a salt and pepper shaker. Great appliances and small amts of laundry/dishwasher/dish soap are provided. Also a nice option of 2 different coffee makers(Keurig and brew).

Great Sea Pines Property

We found this property to be very clean, inviting and in a great location. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed the easy poolaccess. We also appreciated the central location within Sea Pines. We plan to stay here again.

Awesome first stay in Hilton Head

Location location location

Location is excellent… about halfway between Harbortown and Sea Pines Beach Club with a free trolley to both and pick up just steps away. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to Harbortown. Several good restaurants, a coffee shop, bike rentals and a spa are just a short walk down the street. The bathrooms and kitchen in this condo have been very nicely renovated. I was a bit surprised at the additional charge of 275 to bring our small dog for four nights. Other than that we loved everything about the condo.

Sea Pines

Our Feb. stay was lovely- comfortable accommodations and everything we needed to feel at home. The location was great- we would certainly book again!
