Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return the pool fob back in the kitchen drawer with the note. Fee is $75 if it is lost during your stay. It is a big hassle for us to replace. Make sure all the faucets are off.
Do not set the A/C below 71 degrees. It can cause a system freeze and shutdown. Please set it to 74 degrees when you leave.
Take trash to dumpsters outside to the right. Do not leave trash outside the front entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. Pool fob in the kitchen drawer. Fee for losing the pool fob is $75. Take trash to dumpsters outside to the right.
Don't use the trash disposal in the sink. It gets blocked and unusable. Ice maker is not working temporarily, ice trays are provided.
Use only the marked assigned parking space for the unit (100) and unmarked spaces.

Great condo! Just a short walk to the beach, a grocery store, and several restaurants. The pool area was nice and not too busy even peak summer. Very comfy beds and responsive hosts.

Great location

Overall the location, price, accomodations and owner were worth the trip. Condo could use a tiny bit of TLC and should have more bathroom amenities. The fllors and ceilings don't drown out noise very well so we heard the people staying above us all night long. Overall the place was more than adequate and very comfortable. Beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent place

The condo was a great place to stay for a small family. The property was clean, had all of the utensils and amenities necessary for a vacation, and the property manager was super friendly and nice. She was even courteous enough to let me and my family check in a couple of hours earlier than normal check-in time after driving for over twelve hours to her residence! The greatest thing about this property was the convenience to walk to the beach as well as to all of the other attractions within the area (Coligny Plaza, the pirate ship playground, etc). The pools were super clean and were not overcrowded, either. If I had to complain about some certain aspects of my stay, it would consist of: The noisy neighbors (2 separate families) that we had above our condo. The king bed in the master bedroom is too firm, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, me and my family enjoyed our stay and we would consider coming back.

Great Family Vacay

The property was just as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and located very near the park, plaza, and beach. I did however, break a finger nail trying to open the patio door in the living room. It never did open but the door in the master bedroom worked. Its a nice short walk from the patio to the pool in the neighborhood. We enjoyed using the kitchen to make some meals during the week. All the necessary tools were present for cooking. Only salt and pepper were available so be mindful to pack or purchase your own spices if you need that. We also appreciated that 2 detergeant pods were left for us to wash clothes but I was glad I brought a few from home as well because we opted to do a load of laundry after each beach day. My kids loved that the park was so near by, walking distance, as was the beach though we opted to drive to the parking lot to shorten the distance we had to pull our wagon full of stuff lol. All in all it was a great place to stay for our family vacay and we would certainly stay here again in the future.

Overall Good, but not Great

This unit worked very well for our long weekend stay, but there were a few pros and cons. The unit was decorated in a cute way and the kitchen was really nice. However, there were aspects of the unit that needed some TLC (e.g. bathroom hardware was dangling off of the wall unusable, the master bathroom mirror was no longer hanging on the wall but leaning instead with exposed screws in the wall). Also, since the unit was ground level it was nice and cool on very hot days, but since it is a downstairs unit you can hear the people above you in the upstairs unit walking around quite often. The location of the unit is pretty convenient - a short drive to Coligny, groceries, etc. but I definitely would not consider it a short walk to the beach. It is about 15 min walk which when toting all of your beach stuff is a hike. A bike ride or short car ride is definitely easier. Overall our stay was pretty good.

Great location. When renting there was a picture of sliding shower. It has an old curtain that is moldy at the bottom. Floors were dusty. Some updates, but more is needed. No remotes for tvs. Finally found one under sofa last day. Towels and bedding was clean.

Property appeared clean but when we spilled water on kitchen floor found that most of floors were very dirty. Poor cleaning service. Shower curtain liner had mold all along bottom and slow filling toilet discovered heavy mold in fill line that I cleaned myself. Other than those issues, there were no operating instructions for tv’s. Only one ROKU remote for all three tv’s was found and other remotes did not control tv’s. Pillows on king bed were standard size. Limited utensils in kitchen. Property listed on VRBO as exceptional, which it clearly was not.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The unit was quite dark, and there was really nowhere to sit with natural light coming in. The living room furniture was very tired and could stand to be replaced. No ceiling fan in the bedroom. The bathroom shower curtains were filthy with mildew and mold on the bottom of the curtain. The kitchen was not set up for any type of cooking. There was one wine glass. The very old lounge chairs outside on the patio were broken. The soap that was supposed to be supplied was empty in both of the bathrooms. The extra blankets and linens were just thrown in a wrinkled mess in the closet. It made me question whether or not they were even clean. On a good note the location of the unit was fantastic. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do and it did serve our purpose for the short time we were there. The price point was very reasonable however, the damage fee that was mandatory maybe they should use that money to replace shower curtains and buy a few glassware so that people can have a beverage in the unit.
