The unit was clean and nice. There wasn’t enough towels and wash clothes for a weeks stay. The water dispenser doesn’t work on the refrigerator. There wasn’t any instructions on the tvs. Never did find out if there was local channels

Just what we wanted

Great overall complex. Easy access to beach and though it was cool we enjoyed the hot tub after time on the beach. The unit provided what we needed. We enjoyed the view, sitting on the balcony and the ability to do some laundry. Great visit.

We stayed at 3204 Windsor. Excellent Island Getaway rental as always. We particularly appreciated the quality inspector that arrived as we were moving our stuff in. She identified a leaking garbage disposal and a stopped drain. The tech was there in just a few minutes and replaced the disposal and cleared the drain. Very nice unit. Only suggestions for improvement would be more cups, bowls etc., and have housekeeping be aware of small food particles that have fallen into the kitchen drawers.

This was our first time in Hilton Head and we were very impressed with the area and Windsor Court South. Our condo was very nice and had a good view of the pool area and ocean. . Great view from 2 floor, kitchen very well stocked. Front door loose in frame and we were concerned about the lock bring secure. main slider needs work, very hard to slide. Bed had deep indentations on it. pool maintenance started 8:00, too early for blower noise. All Windsor properties are beautiful.
