Staff were very kind and the area around the hotel is very serene. About 40 min transit to Amsterdam Centraal, which is very easy to figure out using the trains.

Very nice hotel, beautiful surroundings, quiet , safe and clean . The safe wasn’t working and it wasn’t fixed 24 hours after I reported it and requested that it be fixed but other than that it was a very pleasant stay

Was so impressed by this hotel. It is great in terms of facilities, with a 24/7 reception and baggage storage post-checkout, but the staff were absolutely fabulous and so helpful with just about everything. The hotel is not too far away from the bigger cities and is much cheaper, so definitely an option as long as you can drive (free parking is available). In short, a very comfortable stay and was happy with my two nights.

Free parking is great to find, though quite limited and tight at the Hotel. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. As an animal lover I was pleased to see a cat in the lobby who was eager for some attention!

I stayed in the apartments they are a 5 minute walk from the main hotel and Hilversum Train Station and shops the number 5 bus stops close by. The apartment was very nice and in very good condition. Public transport is very cheap so you can save a lot travelling to the tourist destinations from Hilversum.

Food at restaurant was delicious, breakfast buffet was great, room was ok but walls between rooms veeeery thin and first night I was kept awake for 3 hrs listening to the couple in the room next to me having noisy sex. Bathroom was freezing cold when it was cold outside. But staff was lovely and helpful in every way

Great stay

Fantastic apartment with everything we needed. Hotel staff were fantastic. Parking right outside the apartment. Very clean and well maintained, had free use of washing machine and tumble dryer. Only downside we got all our luggage out and went into reception to check in but the apartment is a short drive away so we had to pack it all back in the car! We will know next time and would definitely return if in the area. Also we were given a late checkout for free.

I didn’t need much support, but I felt the staff were friendly and not rude. There is also an elevator which was convenient. The room and hotel itself though was unfortunately a different story… there is no AC so it’s stuffy and hot, the walls are extremely extremely thin so you can hear everything all the time - people going up and down the stairs, doors slamming, and even conversations. These sounds all felt like they were right beside - me so they would even make me jump sometimes and felt very unnerving. My room’s phone wasn’t connected to anything so when I tried to call front desk about the noise, I couldn’t. There were several signs in my room itself that showed it wasn’t well cleaned: there was a chair in my room but the seat was shredded and damaged, the remote was covered in a coat of dirt and dust, there was a “welcome” card in there from I don’t know how long ago (but it was definitely not addressed to me), and I saw spiders in my room on multiple occasions- which I haven’t exactly experienced with any other hotel before. The location itself is pretty convenient as it’s 10 minutes from the train station and town square, but other than that, the hotel itself unfortunately was not a comfortable stay. I slept for maybe 2-3 hours each night because of the noise that was all around me, and just felt generally uncomfortable due to the lack of cleanliness. I feel awful writing this but I think it’s important to be honest so that you know what you’re signing up for.

No aircondition in room-couldn’t believe it when i open the door there was 27 degrees inside the room. You could only use fan provided. One of the matereses was very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Breakfast ok.

If you just need a place to sleep this is for sure an option. Rooms was ok. Nothing impressive and cleaning could for sure be better. Price and quality does not match in my opinion.
