Located near the main train station, thus not the best area, but safe and walking distance to the old town. Hotel itself is great, but the staff and management were even better, very caring and accommodative when we had a maintenance issue with the plumbing.

"Very disappointing that there was insufficient room for us to book breakfast in the morning even though we checked in at 1700 hrs. So we drove for 2 hours before finding a cafe to get a coffee and croissant!! It was a Sunday and all coffee shops in Kempten were closed!! Has put us off staying at ..."
