On Friday night, we called the help desk 3 times requesting new towels for our room which never got delivered. We actually started joking about the situation after a few drinks but would have appreciated if the request was fulfilled. Good thing the room has a washer and dryer for us to use!!

Was a ok place that's in the middle of down town LA. What I didn't like was the surprise $125 a night as a security deposit and travel fee. $100 should be refunded and the $25 would be credited to food from the onsite restaurant. A/C won't cool past 72 so that was a bummer.

"Nice hotel. The bathroom in the room was not super clean. Soap scum on the shower walls and dirt on the exterior of tub. Slow drain in the bathroom sink. Bed was really hard. Curtains starting to fall. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful."
