"The place itself was nice and the location was convenient for the ferry. However, we specifically booked this property and paid extra compared to other options because the listing said there was a washing machine. When we arrived, we were told there was no washing machine, which was very frustrating as we are on a long road trip and needed to do laundry.
We also messaged the hotel through Expedia before arriving but never received a reply. Once there, it was almost impossible to reach a staff...
