"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"

"Good location, nice building with covered parking. Communication could be better. There was a bit of confusion with the check in and the phone number provided thru Expedia was never answered, and on Whattsapp they replied hours later. Apartment is tiny but cute.. Nice stay in general. "

"Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city."

"My stay was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient and the environment is quiet, perfect for resting.
