"BEWARE of the approach when first checking in, they seem to Target certain people and are willing to help you make reservations for restaurants (which by the way is impossible to do it in the app every restaurant was pretty much half full at best but yet you can never make a reservation?) ask for your information only to set up a tour of the resort and then set you up with someone else to try to sell you on buying weeks through there timesharing! DONT DO IT! The staff there is not very happy/friendly and helpful and dont go out of their way. And it may because they're very understaffed and it shows in the faces of the workers who work there, it makes for and an uncomfortable environment! Also the air conditioning in the restaurant's were terrible, which made eating there a not a pleasant experience, because you were hoping to eat in a cool environment and it was the total opposite and it was in every restaurant! On the positive side the air conditioning in the room was very good thank God and our room itself was nice. And it seem to be there was more happenings in the family side and not on the adults only side specifically there is no nightclub and or bar we could go to to listen to music and dance. And we were giving many confusing answers when we inquired about going over to the family side to eat dinner we were told that you weren't able to then hearing from other people after the fact that we were able to eat there if we wanted to! Would not go back!"

"Mi peor experiencia en Punta Cana !! He tenido varias experiencias con el servicio en punta cana, todas excelentes , por eso siempre vuelvo allá. Pero en este hotel fue todo lo contrario, el servicio muy cuestionable. La habitación no estaba limpia, tuvimos q matar dos cucarachas. Cdo pedíamos toallas u otro serv a la habitación demoraban alrededor de dos horas para traerlas, y en una ocasión no trajeron lo que pedimos. La comida pésima en calidad, en higiene, la variedad era moderada. En sentido general fue muy decepcionante, ya que es un hotel supuestamente es de 5 estrellas. No recomendaría para nada quedarse en ese hotel."

"I really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were nice, the property was well maintained and clean. Only thing is that the pools close at 6:30pm, and you can’t go for a swim at your own risk after this."
