"While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. "

"This is a very small town and I didn’t expect much. When I checked in the young lady kept making frowny faces when I was checking in, and I asked her if anything was wrong. She barely said anything to me and then handed back my ID credit card and gave me a key. No note on anything in the room. The bed was soft, which I like, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom had a hairdryer and was decent except there were two loose tiles just as you stepped into the bathroom..When we went to check out, there was nobody in the office to let them know. The worst part about the room is there was sand or dirt all over the floor and they did not clean it. Then also found black curly hair in the bathroom. If they fix these items, I would stay there again. It was centrally located to town and an easy drive to the Grand Canyon."
