"Nice, place breakfast was not worth 5.00 or the trouble."

"Check-in and room arrival was great. The dining room and continental breakfast were decent and everything was monitored to ensure there was plenty. I had dinner here last time I stayed and it was quite good. Room was great. Nice fireplace with a view of the property. Road noice (from I5 is pretty noticeable, but after a bit it faded and I didn't have any issues sleeping. I would have given the place a 5, if it were not for the fact that it needs some sprucing up. Granted, it is end of snow season and getting into Spring/Summer. But, something as simple as keeping the elevator clean (it was pretty messy) or checking the room a bit closer (Tub was a bit dirty and the cleaning staff missed some areas). Overall though, the staff made up for it by being attentive and friendly! And, I would stay again for sure if passing through the area."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use some updates. The beds are very firm. I was in the business center when a disgruntled customer came in and overheard Ashley (?) respond to the customer in a professional and kind manner. The customer was being ridiculous and she handled it well. "

"Loved the cheap wine at Happy Hour! Bathroom was very small, boring with all white walls, 1/2 shower door. Worst thing was the poor movie selection on TV! Wonderful bed and quiet room with good air temperature. "

"The hot tub worked perfectly. It was very quiet and peaceful. The artistic details, murals, and history photos were beautiful. Thew owners were super friendly and helpful."

"We have stayed at the Flagship several times in a double queen room-which are back away from the road. This time we were in a queen right be the man road and it was so loud. So much traffic sounds not to mention people walking by, arguing and talking-don’t stay in the rooms right in front of you want to sleep! The carpet was so stained and the shower was so old. The bathroom sink needed a filter on the faucet-water sprayed everywhere. "
