"This is a fantastic small, boutique hotel in what has to be one of the cleanest small towns in America! If you are anywhere near this part of Nevada/Arizona, this is truly worth choosing as a lodging option! It is close to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Boulder City is a quaint, upscale feeling city with lots of great dining options. The Hoover Dam museum in the hotel is a great companion experience with visiting Hoover Dam. Though it does not have things like a pool or fitness center, there are a lot of things to do in downtown Boulder City!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is located in a quiet, peaceful retirement-style village, which made it a relaxing place to come back to each day. There was plenty of room for our family of eight, and the space worked very well for us. The property manager was kind, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this property to others."

"Very quiet and peaceful location with beautiful scenery. Loved seeing all of the Joshua trees and mountains. We were able to bring our two dogs, and they enjoyed the walks after we returned from the Grand Canyon and vising the quaint little town of Meadowview. The Boathouse diner has super food. The cabin had a coffee bar and breakfast items which was nice before heading out each day. There were lots of games and blankets to keep warm. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes for cooking. It felt like home away from home."
