There was a thoughtful welcome basket that we enjoyed.The location worked well for us, close to family, 40 min to Universal, and close to downtown Sanford.The property is very clean and has a cool aesthetic.It was well stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, kitchen supplies.There is a Publix just 10 min away.The use of the garage was a great bonus.We would stay here again."

"The location was perfect for what we needed. The home was clean, roomy & the back patio was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. Having access to the garage so we could park our motorcycles was a big PLUS & the fact that it was empty & not cluttered with storage was Gr8!! This rental has an awesome retro vibe & we enjoyed listening to the LP’s on the Victrola.Would definately recommend staying here for the vibe, location & space if you want to explore the Orlando area or even the 2 coasts because it’s not a long ride in either direction. Our Host, Michelle, was a dream to work with. She was Johnny-on-the-spot with all the check-in/check-out info & checked in on us to make sure everything was going smooth.
