"Clean but a bit small, very small shower/bathroom... bed a bit shubby (i think they need replacement)."

"The room was pretty basic although that was what we expected as we'd booked the cheapest room with a shared bathroom. The soundproofing of the rooms is pretty poor though - we could hear the person/people in the room next to us talking and the sound carried into our room and even earplugs didn't help. We alerted staff at about 1am who helpfully knocked on the door next door. Unfortunately, our neighbour(s) didn't take this to heart. At 1.30am I went down to reception again as we could not sleep at all because of the sounds. I asked for another room and staff were very helpful and supportive. So we slept much better once we'd moved to another room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortuntely we had a very short night. If we had not had noisy neighbours and/if the soundproofing of rooms was better it would have been an acceptable stay in an average hotel. The beds (in both rooms) were comfy. "

"The only think I give 1 star is the hotel been close pass 1am. I had to sleep over a friend house and had to walk to the friends house under the rain. other than that everything was ok"

"Shower soap dispenser empty. When shower is in main room you end up getting a wet floor retrieving other soaps!"

"Overall we were happy with the spacious accommodations for our large group. The house was tastefully furnished, and it was helpful to have two kitchens, dryer and washer. We really missed having a BBQ, or at least access to one in a common area. Reception told us we would have had to purchase or bring one along. The kitchen utensils were somewhat sparse (No whisk, cheese grater, strainer, peeler), making us purchase some items. One of the dishwashers did not properly clean, so we had to re-wash some of the dishes. We were frustrated that none of the front balcony doors opened, leaving two out of four upstairs rooms without any means of ventilation overnight. Only one out of two key/card entries was functional, and one sink drain was broken and leaking onto the floor. It was not able to be fixed during our stay. One of the faucets was insecure and my husband needed to tighten the screws. But the neighborhood was attractive, parking was plentiful, there was a park nearby for kids to play, and it was a quick walk into town. The beach was not clean and swimmable due to algae growth, but the area was nice and there were many things to see within an hour range of driving."
