I had mistakenly booked my room for the day i would be leaving rather than arriving. But the clerk changed it for me and provided a room. I was very grateful for this. However, the room was extremely small and hot even by European standards. The location was fantastic, at only 5 minute walk from the train station, but the quality of the accommodation was below what it should have been for the price.

It’s a good property except of 1 thing for me which is the portable air conditioning as it was so loud. I was told that the built in ac isn’t working because the building is old. We had to turn that machine off before sleeping because of the noise. Positives - walking distance to old and central are including Zurich HB + Dining options around. People at the Reception was nice too.

"It was a great place to stay in Zurich with a nice view of the river. Everything we needed or wanted to do was a quick walk so we did a fun walking tour of the city. Check in and check out were quite easy. I was tickled my the “shower in the bedroom”."
