"Great location for fishing groups, close to ramps, gas and groceries. Room to park 2 full size bass boats and tow vehicles. Quick communication with host. Will stay here again if fishing this area."

"Property is even better in person. First walked into the house and it smelled nice and clean. Feels like you're underneath a rainforest canopy. We enjoyed sitting in the screened-in back porch especially at night when it's cooler and you can hear the relaxing sound of the creek running. It has a wonderful path down to the creek, with a garden. Because of the location, we did run into a snake just once on the pathway down to the creek and there could be animals going through the trash at night. We used the kitchen quite a bit and they had everything you need, including a nice Weber grill on the back porch. We are hot sleepers and couldn't get the thermometer below 70, but it actually would have been cooler if we opened the windows at night. Driveway is steep if you're not used to it. There is a Walmart and some fast food places a few miles away. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend! This is such a neat place and won't disappoint. We plan on staying here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house. We traveled with our 3 adult children and the house met all of our needs. The four bedrooms are very spacious with large, comfortable beds. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing and serving meals. There is a very long dining table, as well as a dining table on the screened in porch. My favorite space was the screened in porch. I enjoyed having breakfast out there and reading. We also enjoyed the hot tub. There is a spacious sectional sofa in the basement where you can have a family movie night. This house is located about 25 minutes from down town Chattanooga. There are several good restaurants and shopping centers near the house. Our host family was so helpful and always replied quickly to emails. I highly recommend staying here."

"Property was very clean. Had everything you could ask for especially for a fishing trip. Carport is big enough to fit a 20ft boat with an electrical outlet super close to charge your batteries after a day of fishing. Host communicated clearly. Check in and out was super simple and easy."

"When we got there we went through it and noticed that the floors weren't cleaned. We went out and ate and when we got back to shower most of the towels and wash cloths were dirty. The next day my wife called and asked for our back so we could find somewhere clean to stay. We noticed how nasty it was. He said no refund so we asked for someone to clean. We had to stay away that whole day for that. We never were notified that they finished cleaning. It was still extremely nasty after they were there. I killed all kind of spiders and stink bugs that were in house. Friday I walked into the kitchen and saw a roach on floor. I sprayed it with bug spray and it went underneath refrigerator. I squirt it under there and about 8 roaches came running out everywhere. They were on the counters fridge and floors. Wife had everything packed up within the hour and we left. We threw about 100 worth of groceries that we bought for the stay. My wife left there and washed everything that had in the rental before it went back into our house. 3 loads of wash. Worst rental ever for us."
