"Wow what a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful hotel. The whole stay was exceptional, the design, decor and detail was second to none. The owners and staff could not do enough for us, they made our holiday an even better one with their hospitality and knowledge of the whole island, nothing was too much!! Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable, we also had a balcony overlooking the small but so peaceful pool area. Breakfast was amazing too, we were offered anything at all from a lite bite to a full cooked breakfast which was fresh and delicious. I have got to say that this is possibly the best hospitality I have ever been given and would return in a heartbeat."

"The hotel itself was amazing - the pools, rooms and grounds. Fully booked but still not too many people. Breakfast was great too. Other reviewers complained about a few marks here and there, which is silly because it’s not a new property so naturally there will be small signs of wear and tear but I actually think it adds character. So in terms of the hotel itself 9/10. Where it lets itself down is the staff. The lady who booked us in and served us breakfast was 10/10, really warm and helpful (they should give her a pay rise!). The other staff werent a bit elusive. Maybe because there’s a spa in the hotel, the spa employees seem to do their own thing and aren’t helpful but even the other staff weren't great (I wasn’t asking for anything crazy, just a towel or a bowl etc). Also it seems that day spa customers are given better service but not the actual hotel guests. No one at any point asked us if we wanted drinks (except the lady who checked us in) which is strange as we would’ve spent a lot more money in there. Luckily there is a store less than a two minute walk away that is really well stocked next to a couple of places to eat (a Turkish restaurant and a stall that makes amazing sweet and savoury pastries that were super cheap). Overall I would go back as the hotel itself is beautiful but they really need to sort their staff out. Like I said because the store is so close it wasn’t a huge issue but the whole experience could’ve been a 10/10 with better staff and service!"

"A lovely stay - ataff we’re all so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Particular mention to Angela and Ev…. in restaurant who almost had our preferred coffees waiting for us on arrival. Food all a very good standard too. Pool area lovely and plenty of poolside service too. A very quiet area and a bit of a way to Valetta but around €15-18 in a Bolt."

"Great space to stay at and room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast served on time every morning in the room and was delicious, great options available to suit everyone. Staff were great and full of information and very helpful when you needed anything. Pool outside was good to have as well, cool you down after a day of exploring in the Malta heat. I rented a car and was able to park fairly close by each night."
