We stayed in a suite for three persons. Nice and helpful staff in the reception. Staff in restaurant were not so friendly, hardly smiled. Very small pool. We were disappointed with the room we had booked, but thanks to Matthew, he worked with us and found a room that met our expectation for the money we had paid. Check-in is disorganized, but all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Every morning at breakfast, one employee was extra welcoming. Interacting with Thuy Giang in the dining room was a lovely way to start our days. It was nice to have two bathrooms. Also, the hotel treats you to a meal and daily happy hour drinks, which was an unexpected bonus. We also love the restaurant next door called Hong Phat.
