Horrible/Dirty/Rundown hotel

The hotel was old, run down. Most of the amenities was not working, the TV only had curtain Chanels, there was bugs in the room, the furnitures are old, and dirty. The plug in charger was not working. There were only two pcs of thin/short towels for shower. No soap in the shower. Most of the furniture were peeling off paint, broken and not working properly. The room condition was opposites what was showing on the website. Even the hotel lobby, it was in the basement since the main floor was used by the dentist office. I have to shorten my stay to leave 2 days earlier due to the condition of the room.

Horrible/Dirty/Rundown hotel

The hotel was old, run down. Most of the amenities was not working, the TV only had Vietnamese Chanels, there was ant and bugs in the room, the room furnitures are old, and very dirty. The plug in charger was not working. There were only two pcs of thin/short towels for shower. No soap in the shower. Most of the furniture were peeling off paint, broken and not working properly. The room condition was opposites what was showing on the website. Even the hotel lobby, it was in the basement since the main floor was used by the dentist office. I have to cut my reservation e2 days shorter. Not sure why Hotels.com can offer this kind of the run down hotel in the website. Please validate and check the condition of the hotel prior posting in Hotels.com website since it can be very much misleading the consumers. This condition was not hotel’s standard.
