This property is an oasis in what can be a very busy overwhelming city The staff were so kind and struck the perfect balance of being attentive while not intrusive The pool was wonderful and hopefully next time we visit there will be a restaurant for food and drinks The breakfast was quite simply delicious and varied without there being too many or too little choices We do want thank the staff for helping us with our friends birthday celebration she was thrilled

Great stay

Beautiful reception area and room. Coffee station is available 24/7, which was cool. Did not get to try their breakfast options, but the staff packed us breakfast takeaway as we had to leave early, which was very kind.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the loud beer garden across the street keeps Bach Suites from being a top-notch stay.

We were upgraded to a corner room. It was large with high-quality furnishings. The bathroom was excellent. The entire property is tastefully decorated( French feel). The pool was nice too. It's a small property that does not have room service or a concierge. It does what it promises though and our experience could not have been better!

This was our first time traveling with our 9 month old baby and we are glad to have picked this place! The entire team at Bach Suites Saigon is super prompt for all our requests (i.e. additional bottles of water, travel adapters etc.), and their attention to detail is great! Facilities in the hotel are not too remarkable (breakfast buffet options etc) but is definitely good enough for a short and comfortable stay. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed our time here!

Above and beyond customer service here!

Beautiful, centrally located hotel. After we checked out we needed to shower and change clothes before heading to the airport for an overnight flight, and the hotel let us use one of the rooms to do this without hesitation. Above and beyond with their customer service here. Very impressed. Will stay here again next time in Saigon!

Would return in a heartbeat

I’d highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. Breakfast was very good and since they start serving at 6am, early birds can eat too. Rooms are stylishly designed with good attention to detail. It gets a bit loud with the live band music in the park on Saturday night but it stopped about 11pm and the hotel provided ear plugs. Water pressure in the shower can be weak but honestly all the pluses here outweighs the small minus.

Really nice hotel and stay, perfect location. The only thing is as the most travellers mentioned is the bar on the other side of the road and loud music until about 12 am. Whilst I accept hotel management's notes that hotel is centrally located and noise is expected however this is not a normal traffic or city noise, this is vibrating loud music noise on the door step. This is something to consider when choosing this hotel. And while I appreciate ear plugs provided by the hotel, they definitely wouldnt be of any help for families with children. Other than that it was a perfect stay and thank you your wonderful staff for this.

Bach Suites Saigon is beautifully designed and well maintained – very easy on the eyes. But soundproofing was weak (could hear road and hallway noise), and hot water pressure was lacking. Still, a stylish spot with potential.
