Great service. Arrived in Vietnam for the first time they booked a cab at the airport for me to bring me to the hotel. Excellent service while I was there I had lots of questions about the city and they answered them. Staff are very helpful.

Liked: staff was great and responsive. Close and walkable to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Cost efficient. Disliked: some of the rooms weren't up to my standards - smelling of mold, saw a mouse, tiny ants/insects by sinks, and upkeep of rooms were not good. Motel in USA standards.

Not what I expected based on booking description

Place was not what I expected for being labelled “luxury”. There was only one bed and a mat that was in the closet when we had booked a room with a bed and futon and pull out couch. Was not sufficient for my family. The bathroom was gross, with poor hardware and finishes. Also had small bugs crawling around kitchen area and when I went to use the bathroom the one night, saw a mouse. Was very disappointed. We checked out after one of our 5 nights. Staff was nice though

Beware, the rooms do not look like the picture advertised. The room I was given was, small, dirty and smelt like cigarette smoke. I have travelled for three weeks in Vietnam paying the same amount as this place and the other rooms were 100 x better. One thing this place did have going for it was the shower didn’t leak all over the bathroom and the water was hot. Also in close location to everything. So depends what you are looking for but I wouldn’t book here again.
