Avoid booking one of these...

Horrible experience! The host does not exist. No check in instructions. No communication whatsoever. This person does not answer the phone nor respond to messages. Ended up having to rebook somewhere else that same night after waiting for over two hours for nothing. Beware when booking one of these apartments. You will be much better off booking a real hotel room. Customer service at hotels.com is horrible. I finally got my refund from them after contacting them multiple times over several weeks.
