Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
This is not a hotel, but more like B&B in an apartment/residential building. Security is an issue which the door lock password is resue. But the major problem was that, I got a message from the “hotel” that my room is not available and they have another room for me “closed by”. After searching the address, the “closed by” room is 20mins drive away in another district across the river….. at the end, they let me stay at the original premise for the first night and kicked me out for the second night, they did give me a cash refund for one night… anyways, what a nightmare and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, plenty of better options in that area!
