While the staff was great, even acknowleding my booking requests, i was put on a floor that the elevator did not reach. Had to walk up and down a flight with my bags. And the room was extremely small despite it being a double deluxe room, with a nice but obstructed view. This would be a difficult stay for 2 people in 1 room with 2 large suitcases. It is in a great location.

Good location

Prague hotel was located in a nice location, close to nightlife and easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. Nice simple hotel room, good view of the street. Staff were friendly and helpful with local information and tour packages offered. Would stay again due to location and friendly staff.

We were in Prague hotel for our journey in Saigon and we really appreciate the staff, very welcoming and helpful. Even with all the noise in the area, the room were quiet inside. Lot of activities and restaurants in the area. Really nothing to complain about.

Great location, close to so many things. The room was tiny with a very small window but was very clean. Bathroom was nice. Pool a lot smaller than it looks in photos can barley walk around it. Only 2 beds and 2 tables sets. But it was nice to have a dip on a hot day. Staff not particularly friendly except for 1 guy.

Nice hotel in heart of city

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was ready a bit earlier as we had arrived early, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the view was lovely from the 8th floor. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good with eastern and western food options. It was nice to have a pool to cool down in the middle of the day. And the location is great, near many restaurants, bars, and sightseeing points.
