Hotel was fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent. The best part was in the afternoon of our last day we were able to store our luggage after check out, and use the shower facilities on level 1 for no extra charge before our train journey in the evening. That kind of sevice makes all the difference for a family of four and we would highly recommend.

The staff are the warmest and friendliest people here! They were kind enough to upgrade our studio booking and we were so grateful as it gave our toddler so much more room to burn some energy. The apartment itself was clean and spacious (the bathroom in particular was massive) and the amenities like the kids room and indoor pool were bonuses. We would definitely recommend and return.

The staff at Sherwood suites were absolutely spectacular, the breakfast had many options that all appeared to be fresh versus going to some hotels where it looks like the food‘s been sitting there for three days prior. Paragraph the room was exactly as shown in the pictures and what a plus to have a large washer and dryer inside of the hotel room. Absolutely intend on coming back to this location for an extended stay and Sherwood suites helped us to make Vietnam a destination that we will definitely be returning to. Room was clean, staff super respectful and friendly. Two issues that I would like to provide feedback on. The front lobby and elevators have a strong smell that is overpowering and causes irritation. Consider not over spraying the perfume. Many of the members in our group commented on it. The water heater was tricky to use. Maybe provide better instructions at check in so that it does not frustrate the guests.

The staff is fantastic. Super helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff was quick and thorough (two folks at a time, shoes off). The room was spacious and provided privacy, a living area, and a dining area. The bathroom was clean and enormous. I loved the ability to use the pool and hot tub. They also offer a steam room and sauna room, plus a gym. Helped bring up deliveries. The kitchen was stocked with housewares and cooking implements. I appreciate that the in unit laundry was separated washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in HCMC!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The front desk reception staff are helpful and accommodating. Thu Ta at reception check in desk is very knowledgeable and dedicated in helping me selecting excellent room and also extending my stay. The room is in excellent condition, very clean, spacious, with everything you need for extended stay such as kitchen and washer/dryer. The area is not too crowded or noisy. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
