This is such a great property from a Japanese hotel chain. Everything was so quiet and neat and clean that we couldn’t find a single thing wrong with the property. It’s also brand new unlike most hotels in Ho Chi Minh. Tyler at the reception was extremely helpful and kind. Great breakfast as well. Will definitely recommend. Would like to stay here again next time I’m in the city.

This brand new hotel has all the comfort you can expect from a Japanese brand : quiet, comfortable, perfectly clean and very kind Vietnamese staff. Many thanks to all of them for the service. In regards of these elements and the central location, price is totally fair.

Great central HCM city hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent central position with easy access to HCM city by foot or taxi/grab. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Nice little pool on the roof, great place to relax. If we ever return would definitely book here again. It was the thoughtful details the we really appreciated. Additional bits and bobs in the foyer when needed.

We had a lovely stay here and decided to extend our hotel stay. We originally were going to change hotels after one night, but decided to stay here for the rest of our trip. The hotel felt like one in Japan and we particularly liked the extra amenities you could self serve in the lobby. We also paid for the extra Japanese breakfast buffet and it was well worth it! Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay here. It truly felt like we were staying in a hotel in Japan. The room included all amenities, including pajamas and new slippers, and additional amenities in the lobby for you to pick up. The room had a dehumidifier and also a Toto toilet :) The staff were very attentive and we would definitely stay again
