Great modern condo style apartment, clean and convenient, has laundry washing machine (buy your own detergent, hang to dry). It's spacious and has desk for working. Internet is not very strong but ok to work if not much video streaming. Very nice people and easy communication on WhatsApp to check-in or asking anything. The utensils provided is very minimal (2 spoons and chopsticks, not even knife!). Cleaning service only every few days, and only 2 towels, 1 toilet roll provided initially.
The location ok, has simple restaurant in front and some other small ones nearby. Cars have problem coming in sometimes due to narrow alleys but it's doable. Walking distance to Phan Xich Long street. There's a rooftop open in the evening but very slow service.
Overall it's good but we think the apartment could be better furnished.
