Lovely hotel that feels cozy despite the over the top décor. The views from the rooms and the lounge are amazing. The spa is excellent; the 4 hands massage was awesome. The service and the cocktails are outstanding.Housekeeping can be forgetful and not replenishing everything but this can be fixed with a quick call. The only complaint is that the in room A/C is smelly and musty, creating a very humid atmosphere.

The staff are very kind and responsive. The hotel is dated with rooms that are damp with old dirty carpet. They charged 107.00 dollars to launder clothing which was ridiculous!
