Communication was poor and late regarding the self check-in and the airport pick-up. Eventually, it all worked out. We did waste a lot of time thinking about plan B if we did not get the information needed to check-in and was thinking about getting a taxi on our own. The place is fine even though it wasn't the same room we had booked for. The pictures on the website looked better than the reality. Maybe there are rooms like that, but we didn't get it. All in all, the host was friendly and nice on WhatsApp. Very helpful when you have questions.

WORST place for its price

I booked 3 nights but within 1 hour of staying there, I had to find another hotel to stay at. I checked out the next morning. The rooms were absolutely dirty, the sink had mold, the shower had mold and floor dirty, the vent was covered with dirt, the bedroom door handle broke, the kitchen sink was broken, the towels were terry cloth (not towels), the door lock kept beeping (was not secured). It is the WORST place I’ve ever stayed especially for the price. I’ve made the same statements to the property management. I am requesting a refund of the 2 days that I did not stay since the pictures and description of this place is false.

Scam Property - Avoid

We booked this place based on the pictures, they looked really nice. That is not! What you get, the room is dirty, dust everywhere, grubby, marks and stains everywhere, not one piece of furniture in the picture was in the room. It was a wholly different room. It’s a con, they show you a nice picture and deliver something else. We asked for an extra pillow at 3pm, we chased again at 6 and again about 9.30pm e said forget it, we’re up early, 12.15am they bang on the door to wake us to deliver a pillow in no pillow case that looked like they had picked it out of the recycling! Awful place, avoid, the area is terrible, you have to walk through terrible streets for about 15 minutes to find anything nice. We have travelled the world and throughout Vietnam and this is one of the worst places we have stayed! Luckily, we were there for only one night or we would have left!
