The best part was in the afternoon of our last day we were able to store our luggage after check out, and use the shower facilities on level 1 for no extra charge before our train journey in the evening. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.
