With three living areas, two kitchens, and flexible sleeping arrangements, it’s perfect for shared yet private stays. Located on Hobart’s Eastern Shore, just 10 minutes from the airport, CBD, and Salamanca, with easy access to shopping and services—an excellent base for work trips or group getaways.



The Space:

"The Residential Retreat" consists of two separate living spaces that can be connected, making it perfect for two or more families traveling together. The combined spaces ioffer 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 living areas with smart TVs, and 2 kitchens. Enjoy a large deck with 3 picnic tables, BBQ, a lockable garage (for two small cars), and two allocated parking bays.



The Residence (Upper Level):

The Residential Retreat offers two connected living spaces, making it ideal for corporate teams, relocation stays, contractors, and multi-family groups who need space, privacy, and functionality.



The combined layout includes 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 living areas with Smart TVs, and 2 fully equipped kitchens, allowing guests to work, relax, and unwind comfortably.



A large outdoor deck with three picnic tables and BBQ provides a great space for team meals or group gatherings. Secure parking includes a lockable garage (for two small cars) plus two additional allocated parking bays.

The Neighborhood:

The location means that you get to enjoy the best of both worlds, the tranquil and picturesque Eastern Shore area, and being close to the City. There’s a bus stop right outside or you are just a 10 minute drive to the CBD.

Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastlands, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets and also Village Cinema.

The property is not far from Bellerive Quay which offers numerous choices of dining which include Chinese, Thai, Italian and Canadian, to name a few. Also nearly is Salamanca Fresh which is a large grocer offering fresh fruit and vegetables, a butcher, a baker and a good offering of ready-made meals.

Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right outside the front door if you need it.

Hobart’s CBD is a 10-minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop that leaves in front of the homes. and a regular service that travels to the CBD.

Uber is available in Hobart.

Hobart City Ferry leaves regularly from Bellerive Quay 10 minute walkk away.
