We stayed for 2 nights. Staff was not very helpful. Rarely at the desk and did not answer phone. No coffee or tea maker in room. Had a hard time getting another pillow and could not get a light bulb for lamp at all. Breakfast consisted of package items. Faucets did not have aerators so I got sprayed everytime I turned on rhe water. It was clean but not worth rhe money we payed."

"Overall we had a great stay. It was priced affordably, room was clean and we appreciated the daily housekeeping. The only down fall was the location. We did not rent a car so we had to use public transportation to get around… which wasn’t bad just inconvenient. "
"The staff, from an original phone call, with a question, until check out could not have been more amazing. Personable, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic are just of the few ways I would describe them. From the moment we arrived until we left we were engaged in an amazing way. We loved Betsy Lynn at the desk and her colleague, Vereema. Next time I am Boston we will choose to stay at the Midtown for the staff alone, although the beds and room were extremely comfortable. I cannot wait to see the finished renovation."
