"This bungalow was absolutely PERFECT for my husband and me to celebrate my 50th birthday in Georgetown.The property was beautiful, and the bungalow was adorable and comfy. The hostess was incredibly kid and communicative.I will 100% be staying here again!"

"My family and enjoyed every part of our vacation. The house is very quaint and has everything you need. The host is accommodating, we arrived earlier than 4:00 and the house was already clean so we were able to check in early. The house is within walking distance to downtown which is a plus. Even though we did not bring pets the fenced in back yard was big enough for dogs to enjoy the outside. I give this place 5 stars."

"It was a great house. Close to front street and the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be have the door code ahead of time, so that you wouldn't have to stop at the property management office before going to the house. "

"We seemed to probably be one of the first people to rent at this location so I believe they will do a better job in the future. The listing clearly stated there was an operational pool which was very important to us. We were traveling with a child and this was important for them. When we arrived the pool was not operational. It wasn’t even done being built. Having to listen to construction throughout the day and step over power tools to use the dock wasn’t fun either. The location is brand new construction so it’s still a bit dusty and needs a deep clean but it wasn’t too bad. Someone from property management entered the rented location without letting us know and did so after we had left for lunch. This did make us feel uncomfortable not having any notification that they were doing this. The location is beautiful though. They just need to complete the pool so their description is accurate. We wouldn’t have rented here if we knew the pool was t even done being built yet. They did update their listing after we said something to VRBO. VRBO was of no help whatsoever. They claimed they were going to follow up with us and we just never heard back from them so we were stuck with this rental and couldn’t find another location with an accurate listing. "
