"The location of this hotel is great. It’s in the heart of old town which makes it easy to walk around the city. The hotel room we had needed some updating. The bathroom door had multiple gouges both on the door itself and around the frame. The bed was super comfortable although my husband didn’t care for the pillows that he thought were all too mushy. One thing other travelers should note is that there is a ton of construction all over Zürich and especially in Old Town. Our hotel is covered in scaffolding now. There is major sewer work being done in most of the main streets. I understand the construction is supposed to go on through Dec 2027. It was not pleasant at all. This is no ding on the hotel at all but just something you may want to consider before booking in this area of Zurich."

"We found the hotel extremely convenient for the station and for general sightseeing. The staff, in particular the breakfast team, were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was comprehensive and plentiful and of good quality. Access to drinks and tea and coffee 24/7 was a big bonus. The room and bed were very comfortable. The only criticism I have is that the shower in 104 is low for tall people. I knocked my head on the cross beam a number of times. Also a rubber mat would be useful as getting out of the bath around the fixed shower screen was a bit tricky. Otherwise a brilliant stay."
