"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "We stayed for two nights in a lovely wooden chalet in Anger with our friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place is beautiful, with stunning views, very peaceful and cozy. The hosts were incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. One of our cars got stuck on the road, and when we called them, they immediately came to help us.
