Good for what it is.
"The bedroom and bathroom were both clean. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was hot and an easy choice when on the go. It is a budget type hotel so keep that in mind when booking."

"The owners are very friendly and respectful. We love the area and its nice and peaceful. We will definitely be back every year. I wish the pond had an areator but its still a nice pond to fish. I would definitely recommend this place"

"We were attending a bluegrass festival nearby and the cottage served our needs perfectly. The location was near Athens, yet very remote and only 15 minutes from Poston Lake music venue."

"Everything was just as listed. The house was very welcoming and we felt right at home. Communicating was easy and the hosts were great! I would definitely stay again and advise anyone needing a place to stay in Athens to book!"
