I had an early breakfast, but not everything was available yet. The coffee machine and the juice press were not ready.

Excellent all-round hotel in a great location and with very welcoming and helpful staff.

We stayed at Hampshire Hotel for 1 night and we were thoroughly unhappy with that hotel. From the urine smell in hallways to the terrible bed, no refrigerator in room, small room with 1 small square pillow, those are just a few of my complaints of that hotel. Read my review on that hotel. The WestCord is an amazing hotel, great look, modern interior, friendly staff, room with refrigerator, free parking, the list goes on. Impressive brand new tower hotel, full wall glass frontage to the room, great view of the huge harbour, or the ocean. Decor is impressive, art deco maritime themed. Room furniture a bit Ikea-eco minimal. Large protruding wall mounted (kitchen?) cabinet next to bed and overhanging the luggage rack caused a couple of smacked heads on its sharp corners. We've booked the captain suite (without the balcony). Our room boasts of great view with the river, which was splendid. The suite is a bit old as that can be seen from the window frames and sockets. The carpet had some tiny stains, which seemed to have been used for quite a long time. The armchairs were comfy but it's not absolutely clean. The hotel was excellent with friendly staff and a good breakfast with a nice selection on the buffet and a good selection by ordering, the 1 coffee machine was the only draw back as it created waiting time. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel and a great location. The parking station below the hotel is very convenient however is expensive as there is no discount. I would stay here again

I am so happy I decided to spend in Delft the remaining 2 days of our Netherlands week trip. I did a small research before I book it. The town is wonderful! So clean, green, quiet and romantic.
