"My cousin and I stayed here for two nights. We loved the location (right next to a tram station) and it was very central in terms of walking to the main shopping area, the cathedral and to the river/museum. We felt safe. Room was comfortable and clean. There was a bit of a musky smell though. We also didn't have any shampoo in the room and had to ask for some, but other than that, the room was great. We'd definitely stay here again and would totally recommend it to other. Staff was also very professional and friendly. "

Very difficult getting room service on the first night so had to go down to the restaurant itself where the man was very rude so we didn't bother using room service again. We booked a cot which we didnt get. When i spoke with reception they told me they were having trouble with the housekeeping "

"The apartment was on the ground level which was nice with our luggage. There was plenty of space to unpack and kitchen with all the basic needs for cooking, and making coffee and tea. The washer and dryer were a great addition and there was also a drying rack. "
