The hotel overall was fine. But to say it is a 4.5 star hotel is a stretch. The AC in our room didn’t work. There were pieces of stale bread on the floor when we walked in.
If you wanted house keeping you had to book it in the app the day before which was a bit frustrating not to be able to do it the morning of at least like other hotels. The whole place was a bit dated.
If you did make a request for more towels they made you go down to get them. It was a nice quiet stay on the bright side nothing that severely impacted our trip. There is a grocery store across the way and it’s close to the central station. It’s in a bit of a hectic area especially at night but we always felt safe.
For the money it’s fine. But please don’t expect 4.5 star service or quality here.
