"Super comfortable and convenient. Just a few steps from the train. Had a free welcome party with candy and drinks. The Onsen area is incredible too. Excellent value. Would highly recommend staying here. The only downside is that won't print anything for you if you need to print a ticket or visa."

"Hotel Okura is beautiful. I loved my view of the harbor from my room with the sparkling waters every morning. The location is very central to some popular tourist attractions including Meriken Park and it was very easy to get around on foot. We were able to visit the shopping malls nearby -- no more than 15 minutes away from the hotel. There are beautiful views very close by the hotel. The staff was very kind and pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained. I would stay here agin."

"Great hotel. The room was nice but nothing too special. Big bathroom. Staff is super friendly! Self check in was easy but the staff helped out anyways. Shopping district is directly across the street and only a few minutes walk from the station. Tons of stores and shops and restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant as well but didn’t try it. Looked good though. I would recommend staying here if you want to be as close as possible to the action without it being too busy in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "
