Clean rooms, basic rooms are small but paying a little extra for more space is worth it in my opinion especially if you find yourself with multiple people or large luggage. Location is good next to a train station with access to several convenient stores and a Don Quijote nearby. Staff is helpful and polite.

Highly recommend. Everything was exceptional and exceeded expectations. Will be back again and again again.

Location is great if Shinjuku is your vibe, very busy hotel and area! Room was quite small for the price, not enough space to open luggage so had to chuck it on the bed which wasn’t ideal. The hotel accepted luggage forwarding and had it in our room waiting upon check in! Staff were great in these processes too. Sadly the terrace where the Godzilla head is was closed during our stay for some reason so bit disappointing.

At first, it was confusing which tower my booking was in because it did not specify on my reservation. However, they are very great with customer service, checked me in promptly and guided me to the correct tower. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are quite small but equipped with everything you need. They provide complimentary items such as toiletries. They also came and cleaned everyday and replaced the toiletries daily. There are a lot of restaurants around and a 7/11 and even a food hall with decent food. It is a 5 minute walk to the Shinagawa train station, which also has a lot of restaurants and cafes. Opted out of the breakfast so I’m not sure how well their food was. They also have the Yamato luggage delivery service on site which was so convenient. The only downside I would say is that the coin laundry is in the main tower and it took me about 10 minutes just to get there from the annex tower. But definitely recommend!
