"Very new and modern hotel, we paid for a superior room which was a good size but disappointed that there wasn’t a fridge, water or tea and coffee facilities in the room. Great breakfast though and lots of choices "

"My husband went last weekend for a business trip. He came back and mentioned that it's a new hotel, look nice and clean. He had an early flight so as soon as he check in, he thought to take a good rest before going out for meeting. The head lamp is facing the bed which is quite bright to him so he tried to switch it off. And here the power tripped happened to his room. He called the reception to check. Reception mentioned that it was power tripped. My husband request for a room change, but reception refuse to change the room and insist that everything is working fine now. So he didn't sleep well for the stay, imagine if it's happened to anyone. You just don't feel safe or secure. Other than that, everything is great in the hotel."
