The Tides Inn
8/10 Good
"Pete reached out to us proactively at check-in and helped us get settled in. The building and room are dated, but it was comfortable and accommodated our party of 5. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping."
Breeze Inn
8/10 Good
"Well positioned inn/motel within walkable distance of Seward restaurants, excursion meet ups, and harbor. The room included a comfy bed, bathroom with shower (window/walls had some mold/mildew) and an AC/fan unit in the bedroom (not sure how it was connected to fresh air flow as it was on an inside wall) that unfortunately was pointed straight at the bed. Could not get our unit to change levels of air being blown. Good place to lay your head and be close to things."
Hotel Seward
10/10 Excellent
"Great location in historic downtown Seward. Lots of places to eat, you can walk along the waterfront, Alaska Sea Life attraction nearby. You can also walk 1.5 miles or take the free city shuttle to the newer end of town, closest to the cruise ship pier."
Van Gilder Hotel
8/10 Good
"The location is perfect. Step right outside and there’s shops, restaurants, bars, etc. so much to do! The building is cool because of the history, but it definitely needs some updating. Floors were super creaky. Everyone shares a communal fridge in the lobby and a communal hair dryer which always seemed to be in use."
Blueberry Haven - At the Base of Mt. Marathon
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice rooms and very close to town"
Hotel North
8/10 Good
"The complimentary muffins were absolutely delicious! The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The host was kind enough to inform us early that we could check in ahead of time, which was super helpful. They also contacted me right away when I accidentally left my glasses behind. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but overall it was a great stay."
Resurrection Lodge on the Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful setting on the Bay. Super helpful owners. Typical hotel breakfast. Won’t knock your socks off but adequate. Room was small but we didn’t care. It was clean."
Brown and Hawkins Historical Apartments
8/10 Good
"No elevator, but this wasn't a problem for no us. Since there is no one on site we didn't know what room was ours or the front door code. Better community up front would have been good. Otherwise it was good, excellent location, comfortable bed"
Beautiful 4-bedroom house - Walking distance to Downtown and Sea Life Center!
10/10 Excellent
"Great home, highly recommend home and owner"
