"The room was clean, lovely to have a bath. Breakfast was delicious by a wood burning stove. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved being close to Wells next the sea. Garden view room 5 did not really have a view of the garden from the balcony because it was on the end. Overall, enjoyed the stay."

Bathroom in the courtyard room was significant bigger but otherwise rooms were comparable. Great location. Definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. "What a find! A little place steeped in history, pub on the doorstep and Wells next the Sea just 5 minutes away. If you love cricket and horses, then this is about perfect! Lots of little details catered for: welcome pack; toiletries; lots of outdoor seating; dog treats; hairdryer; corkscrew and a comfy bed. The hot tub is welcome after a day of exploring.
