Staff was strangely protective of water— the man at reception would not allow us to get a small glass of water from the dispenser “because we did not pay.” Room cleanliness is most important to me, thus the high rating.     "Room was great. The pool area was lovely, lots of clean towels and available loungers. Umbrellas on wheels was a helpful touch! The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed our meal. Staff on Reception were super helpful finding us a parking space even though I forgot to pre-book."

    "A car is a must as it is located outside the city. The hotel is between France and Switzerland. There’s not much to do in the area probably it’s a best place to relax. There was some issue with the rooms assignment (our room was supposed to be double room while our friends -1 double & 1 sofa bed). All shops are closed on Sundays. Breakfast was good.Breakfast staff were very friendly. The bar staff in the evening can not understand. English- and very unfriendly. It was very challenging,I only..."
